Doda (Dogri/Hindi: डोडा) is a town and a notified area committee in Doda district in Jammu & Kashmir of India.

Demographics

As of 2001 India census,[2] Doda had a population of 13,249. Males constitute 63% of the population and females 37%. Doda has an average literacy rate of 5% higher than the Indian national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 85% and, female literacy is 61%. In Doda, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age. The town is 80% Muslim.[3]
